A DAY ON THE FARM

I spent the day with Simple Mills at one of their suppliers, Stemple Creek Ranch in Marin County, California. Simple Mills is on a journey to revolutionize food design in a manner that advances regenerative agriculture principles, elevates farmers, empowers eaters, and inspires others so that our food system can nourish people and our planet now and for generations to come. The farm’s experimentation and subsequent knowledge gained is going to be vital to the future of food production.
